    Description

Vintage black lacquer jewelry box made around the 1950s. On one side is a twirling geisha girl. The box plays music and the girl twirls when the small drawer on the left is pulled out. There is a knob in back that you need to turn to wind up the box.
The box features two drawers and one cabinet -- all lined with a pretty oriental silk-like fabric.
There are some chips in the finish and a hairline crack down the back (see images). The lacquer finish is cloudy in some areas.
The jewelry box measures approx. 8 1/2" at its highest, and 7" at its widest.
