Rare Nikabob Restaurant Vintage Gorham Silver-Solderered Bowl with Lid Los Angel

Fantastic piece of Americana from the vintage Nikabob restaurant in Los Angeles, California.  Made by Gorham, this bowl and lid are both inscribed Nikabob and Gorham.  If you are viewing this, then you probably know all about the Nikabob and how it was one of the places to be in a time gone by.
The dimensions are as follows:  Bowl opening: 4.75" wide, 6" wide bowl including the handle tabs, and with lid 6.15" wide, and the bowl without lid is 2.75" tall.
This piece is heavy, and makes a satisfying sound when the nicely fitting lids is placed on or removed.
I have made no effort to clean the piece, as some prefer the full age and patina present, so if you desire I am sure some cleaning and polish could make it pop as well.
