The control of the country was in hands of Communist Party under Joseph Stalin. During those years around 7 million of people in Ukraine had died. This historical document shows it is a coupon for September of year 1933 for getting 200 grams of bread everyday from 1st to 31st of September. The points of this document that is a full coupon not one day has been used. Coupon was given to name of Цымблер Tsimbler (child). Coupon was used on territory town Kamenets Podolsky.
