These are a special edition offered in limited quantities at any given time. They are made in New Mexico by De-Sales. There is a 20 business day lead time but is usually done sooner. The model is approximately 24.5" W X 11.5" D x 6.5" H.The front is wood the walls roof and floor are a high end 3/16" pre-finished foam board. Comes with LED lights with remote!

The garage is made of textured foam board walls with special self supporting corners and door trim moldings. Most models like this require pins, or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy. This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required(see photo).The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings. The floor is gray foam board to look like concrete and removable. This one does come with a gray flat roof made like the floor and also removable.
