Maker
: This beautiful hand painted porcelain cup and saucer is by D & Co., or L. Bernardaud, the classic Limoges firm that has produced exceptional quality porcelain since 1863 and remains a major player in Limoges today.
Age
: The green Délinières & Co. backstamp number 4 that came into use in 1900 appears on the saucer. It includes the D&Co. France mark and the L. Bernardaud decorator's mark. This is the interim mark that was used as the company transitioned from Délinières & Co to Bernardaud.

Design
: The factory decorated set features delicate pale pink flowers against a background of pure white fine porcelain; it's trimmed in bright green beading.
Size
: The cup is 3 1/2 inches wide and the saucer is 5 1/2 inches wide. Together they weigh 7.2 ounces. There is no cup slot.
Condition
: Both pieces are in excellent condition for their age with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or signs of utensil use. There is light wear to the edges.
