    HAND MADE vs LASER CUT
    Nowadays, there are various brands offering laser-cut buildings and structures with amazing prescision, so, you would probably ask yourself; ¿why should I buy a similar item made by hand and (in some cases) with higher price? Well, it's all on it's value. Here are some facts you may want to consider;
    ●-LASER CUT models are SERIAL products made in bulk to make the run worth of the expensive machinery used, in order to recover equipment investment and generate revenue. By 'running' a high number of pieces, the collector receives a product that hundreds, or thousands other collectors will be able to have as well.
    💠HAND MADE models are very limited pieces. Sometimes unique. These have pieces and parts so small, that to create just one requires a lot of patience, vision, touch and talent on different degrees. Materials are tipically unusual or with limited availability making it hard to do the same piece repeatedly or duplicate even one more. As a result, the craftsman will deliver a unique edition piece for his or her collection.
    ●LASER CUT models may actually have a lower cost at point of sale because of their high production numbers, however, usually these are UNPAINTED, UNASAMBLED KITS that you will have to build yourself, adding the cost of building materials and tools, demanding HOURS of your time to put it together and PAINT the model with usually non-profesional results and deception.
    💠HAND MADE models may sometimes have a higher cost at point of sale mainly due to the TIME applied in the crafting. Keep in mind that modeling is an ARTISTIC labor and people live from it, so, what you are paying for when you buy a hand-crafted diorama really is time, imagination and someones hours of talent, even above the cost of materials. The result is a collector with an ultra-limited edition, fully finished and colored piece of art.
